Personally, I only watch anime that is subbed. Most english voice actors are just awful and sound way to childish. Bleach with english dubbs for example, is just plain hilarious.

most animes are better subbed, with the notable exceptions of Cowboy Bebop (perfect dub) and samurai Champloo (By the same people)

If i've seen the subbed version first then I usually don't like the dubbed version but I can still tolerate it.

There are some times when I like the original voices. But I find I enjoy the anime better when I dont have to concentrate on reading the subtitles.

Miyazaki's stuff has seen a decent enough dubbing that it's better watched that way. Subtitles hurt a movie's visual impact. Cowboy Bebop isn't bad either.

Depending on my mood I won't watch anything that's subtitled, because it annoys me.

i'll say johnny yong bosch does a pretty good ichigo kurosaki, but other than that, stephanie sheh voicing orihime, doesn't work and whoever voices ishida, sounds nothing like the guy who does the japanese ishida and sasuke

Both. In some cases, the dubbing is really terrible so I prefer reading the subtitles with the original voices. But if the dubbing is good (which it was in the case of Hellsing) I'll watch the dubbed version.

Subs. At first I thought it was a bit awkward but eventually the it stopped bothering me. I hardly ever catch myself looking down to read. The dubs on cartoon network are terrible. I can only mention two that were successful. For some reason whoever is doing the translating is taking too much dialog out and removing too many scenes.

It really depends, but most of the time I enjoy subbed animes more than dubbed.

Subbed. Cowboy Bebop and Gundam Seed were the only animes I thought had good dubs.

subbed all the way, i don't like dubbed, like naruto, so dumb, his voice sounds like a girl, and he's always saying, beleive it believe it, god, thats anoyying
