RULES
1. You must be level 10 or higher and have 500 or more posts to be eligible to nominate someone.
2. Nominations for yourself do not count.
3. You may only nominate one user per category, excepting the best duo category.
4. You may only nominate two users for the best duo category.
5. You may nominate in whichever categories you want, and are not obligated to nominate someone for every category. However, you must quote the full category list and leave it intact while simply ignoring the categories you do not wish to vote in rather than removing them.
6. All nominations must be submitted within a single post. You may edit that post as many times as you want until the deadline.
7. Banned users may not be nominated for any category other than Best Banned User.
8. You may not post anything other than nominations in this thread.
9. A user must receive at least 3 nominations within a category to be eligible as a candidate for that category.
