Does the sold seperately $50 Pro-controller have force feedback/rumble vibration ?

How do I enable the Rumble Feature. When I have my Wii U pro Controller Set to Player One I can't locate any settings to enable or disable rumble.

I can only locate controller options for the GamePad and the Wii Remotes. I have been using Wii U Pro Controller with Super Mario 3D World
