Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon for 3DS Available Now

Its that time of the year again, prepare yourself for another epic journey where you play as a Pokemon and battle along with all 720 Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. Befriend and explore with other Pokemon as yall work together to help save the world.

Out of a group of 20 Pokemon, youll choose and enter a world inhabited by only Pokemon. Pick between all the core starter Pokemon including Pikachu and Riolu. Got the game, it's pretty different compared to Sky and Gates. I'm still near the beginning, so I can't say much about it yet.

@JigglyWiggly_: Yeah, its amazing the positive reception its getting. And not one critic review, i think was a nice decision to not send out review copies.

I've been meaning to try out the Mystery Dungeon series so I may give this a shot

The game is phenomenal. I'm definitely quite happy with it. I'm a little curious as to why no major publication seems to be reviewing it though, the only review on Metacritic at the moment is from Cheat Code Central- a site I didn't even know still existed tbh.

@dragonfly110: No review copies were sent out. Im guessing Cheat Code Central went out and bought their own copy. I heard a few people asking IGN to do a review, but i think they only got sent Xenoblade Chronicles X. Which is same case for Gamespot and Gametrailers. So they will have to go buy a copy if they want to review it.

Thats awesome your enjoying the game , im going to buy a copy as a Christmas present.

@mesome713: I hope they don't choose to overlook it. The game has Pokemon in the title, so I'm sure it will do well regardless of the reviews that it receives, but it would still be nice to see what other critics have to say about it.

@dragonfly110: True, im actually not sure or familiar with Nintendo not sending review copies out. I think they do do it sometimes on holiday games, but im not sure. I think more will review it, maybe after Thanksgiving. I know Xenoblade Chronicles X review will be up on the 30th.

@mesome713: I don't know what their process is either tbh. I do vaguely remember listening to an episode of the Bombcast where Jeff was a little frustrated about having to track down a copy of one of their releases in a local Best Buy, but that's the limit of my knowledge on the subject haha.

@dragonfly110: I found out some info, it seems review copies were sent very late. They stated 5-6 days ago. So i guess we should see them popping up now or after Thanksgiving. I got my info from a small time reviewer here.

@mesome713: I hope gamespot doesnt skip over it, I really would like some input on how good it is. Really like the first one, but the 3ds one before this wasn't as great to me. I really hope this one is really good, I do like me some mystery dungeon

This game is really cool. Soundtrack is fantastic!! [even for a 'spinoff' like this one]
