ok WHAT is going on with wifi?!?!??

Today and yesterday, there have been VERY annoying issues with wifi for mario kart and brawl. I've been getting error codes 61010 and 61070 for an hour or so, and it's not my connection's problem as the nintendo website says. I can't connect to eifi. is anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like they might be tweaking the system for Kart.

The game has worked great right from the start. If problems were going to happen it would have happened when the game was released.

ya but it's happening for brawl too, and brawl has never had this many issues.

ok this is a relief that its not just me. because i got booted off of mario kart a few times so far and my internet was running fine

Well Smash Bros had problems for the first 2-3 weeks of release in the US. But after that things got much better.

Problems here too, unfortunately. Hoping to see it it fixed soon.

ok the problem with all wifi for any system im sure is that they are working on the phone lines thats it its been happening to me for the last two weeks notice on the street how there are orange tarp thingys every where well go look.blueraydude1

You're right.... kind of. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with phone lines or orange tarps, but it seems like the entire Nintendo WiFi Connection service is down, including for the DS. If it isn't fixed soon, I'd expect an announcement in their tech support forums.

People playing online on and off hasn't changed that the Shop Channel is still working just fine.
