As it looks now, Nintendo will have a HUGE gap from the beginning of June - till September in terms of major game releases for the Wii U. You could even say starting now, if you don't like Splatoon. (like myself... but i'll hold judgement until i try it)

Anyways, the reason for the thread..

A) Do you want to see NintendoLand 2?

B) Can you see this as a "quick fix" to get through the spring/summer releases, until the bigger blockbusters in the fall?

I thought the original pack in game was pretty under rated. In retrospect, clearly Wii Sports was a better pack in launch game, BUT Nintendoland showcased what the Wii U gamepad can do. I don't think you can blame Nintendoland for the lackluster launch/start of the Wii U Era. With the shorter mini-game format, Nintendo may be able to have smaller teams work these mini-games in a shorter amount of time.

Just an idea. games like:

Mario Kart: Original Battle modes

SMash Bros Spin off mini-game

Pikmin: Seek and Search

Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (Platforming)

Metroid - Boss Battle Tower Challenge

Bowsers Castle (Beat em up)

Wario's Challenge (timed Challenges, 3 stars)

Kirby's : (Flying game)

Yoshi: Strikers (Soccer game)

Star Fox (action game)

Luigi: Mansion (Sleath)

Princess Peach: (platforming)

Capt Toad: Puzzle

Splatoon: Local Multiplayer mini game demo

Animal Crossing / build a town

I think the Nintendoland we got is enough, it gives something for everyone to play right off the bat. I know some people are wanting some more party games, so i have no problem with another i guess. I would like them to work with Battle Quest a little more, but then again i guess i would like a spin off game on it.

How about implementing online mp with Nintendoland like it should have been from the start?

Nintendo needs something of substance for this already predicted drought. Splatoon and some MK DLC won't cut it.

I wouldn't mind Nintendo Land 2. But only if they have fresh ideas with the gamepad.

The way Nintendo approached Nintendoland reminds me of a supposed intelligent person trying to put a square peg into a round hole. How in the world do you market a multi player game yet make it practically impossible to do so? If only this was 1997 again.

If by some weird chance there is a NintendoLand 2 I would want some expansive DLC and online MP. Amiibo support would be cool too. Train your Amiibo to play with you or against you. I'd buy it

Nintendoland was awful. There was next to nothing compelling about it.

Nintendoland should had an on-,line MP. So if a sequel is ever done it should have on-line.

NintendoLand is fun, and me and my friends play the Ghost, Animal Crossing and Mario Chase games once in a while. Great fun. Do I want a sequel? Iunno.. I'm pretty happy with the NintendoLand we've got. I personally don't want Nintendo to do shit before they give us a Metroid..

Nintendo Land was a decent concept, but wasn't the best in terms of been a game with a long lifespan, pretty much once you'd played each game a few times, it was done with. No, I don't think a Nintendo Land 2 for Wii U would be a good idea. However, I wouldn't be against them creating a second game in the series for the launch of there next systems, providing they can thing up better ideas for the games. (IMO, the only good one was DK. That was so addictive.)

I'd still prefer Dokapon Kingdom 2 over any party game series atm.
