I put in close to 20 hours for Ocarina of Time and about 8 hours for Luigi's Mansion. Those are really the only titles I played in May.

My 3DS has been out for May since I let a friend borrow it because her's broke. Also, one of my two DSs is out on loan to my friend because I wanted him to play 999, and now my Vita will be out because I'm letting him play VLR. I'm down to only three handhelds!

On my 3DS, my most played game is LoZ OoS with about 3 hours of gameplay. It's pretty much the only game I played on my 3DS last month, with about 1 or 2 minutes on a few random games that I opened up then closed. Elsewhere.... I spent 70 hours on Persona 4 golden 12 hours on Metal Gear Solid 2 HD 15 hours on Metal Gear Solid 3 HD around 3 hours on Dead Nation (can't check the time of this one) and around 5 or 6 hours on Persona 4 Arena.

May was a pretty embarrassing month - I barely touched my 3DS.

24,004 Steps (Way below my average of 60,000-100,000+ and even then I don't take it every day with me)

9 Titles / 15:19

Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors 11:41

Fire Emblem Awakening 2:07

Mighty Switch Force 0:13

The rest was eShop, Mii Plaza, and other non-games.

To put that in prespective I already have the following for June

3,072 Steps (Only took it outside today)

3 Titles / 9:21

Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors 9:09

Mii Plaza & Activity Log 0:12

I am determined to complete 999 and am currently working on the 4th ending, skipping the "fake" ending, then going for the true ending. Then onto VLR!

Prepare to have your mind blown. The true ending is one of the best endings, if not the best ending, I've seen in any medium of storytelling, ever. I recently let my friend borrow 999 and gave him a guide to the five main endings. I thought he would take a month to finish it, but he got so sucked in it took him a week and he cannot stop talking about how amazing the story's subtle touches and fantastic twists are. VLR is awesome as well.

Yeah the ending was amazing for 999, much better than VLR ending in my opinion. It's not so bad though since VLR ending basically set up the third game.

As for the 999 ending:
It was amazing how they used the DS screens as an integral part of the game. Since the bottom screen was supposed to represent what Akane saw and the top what Junpei saw. Also seeing Akane as a child in that situation, was genuinely moving and tense.
Spent 5 hours playing last night that I should have spent sleeping. Finished the Safe ending playthrough. Wow. Lots of new information, but I kind of figured out a few key points from looking at information gathered from the 3 bad endings. It did make me sad given how things turned out, but I'm pumped now to start my True Ending playthough and see if my suspicions are correct. I've been lucky to have very little spoiled for me and can't wait to conclude this story.

On topic - May seemed like a slow release month for the 3DS anyways. Not surprised most people had low playtimes. Can't wait for all the future releases the 3DS has in store for us. Now if only I could hurry up and tackle my backlog so I could play most of the already released 3DS games I own :P.
