Looks good, but I would rather have an HD MH4. Actually, I'll pick up MH4 for the 3DS over this. I don't need HD to enjoy MH4.

Frontier G is still held back by its former title. This is the G-Rank version of Frontier, similar to what Ultimate was to Tri, and Frontier's gameplay is based on Tri (except for the underwater combat). It does not have the new gameplay mechanics of MH4, it does not have the new weapon classes of MH4, MH4 has more monsters available out of the box and Frontier G will get inevitable expansions to prolong the game.

Also, Frontier G has no dynamic shadows. It's minor, but c'mon Capcom! If a 3DS game can do it, a game available for every console and PC should have it as well. :P

Frontier G does have new animations and control schemes for the weapon classes available in the game. It's also a MMORPG, unlike MH4. However, now that MH4 has online multiplayer, I won't mind if we don't get Frontier G localized, especially since MH4 has a much greater chance of being released worldwide.

Gameplay looks fine. Graphics look atrocious even for a port.

WiiU needs a console MH alongside these upscaled portable ports.

I do like the Familiar flying helper that this one has so that's a nice touch.

Fugly, lazy arse job Capcom, know you can do much better than this..no buy even if it comes out here. I'd rather a MH game built up from scratch for Wii U, not 3DS port which will be limited by 3DS tech.

100% agreed. After 3U, I am done buying MH until a WiiU Only version comes out

How much blood does that pig have? Looks ridiculous. I'm not the one who disables blood in games when given the opportunity, but if it looks like that, I wouldn't have a choice.

Anyway, I'd much rather have MH4 than this. I'd rather continue playing 3 Ultimate than this.
