From all the people that went blind from looking at the extreme amount of bloom in the new Windwaker Wii U remake.

You should do stand-up.

I'm so excited for this game.

It has been awhile since I played Wind Waker. I can't wait to play it again with Much better graphics! I can see the mass ocean now..

oh and i think the bloom is just from the angle of the shot, other shots aren't as bloomy:

Especially the lighting on the characters is nice.

Looks great. :) Was planning to dig out my Gamecube the other day but i think I'll hold off for this now!

i am hopeful they tone down the bloom a bit. i'd like it if the color palette was more similar to the original, with more pastel colors, but i can't say i mind the new look. it's different, but it's still very pretty.BrunoBRS

Agreed, it still looks pretty but I hope they'll go with a slightly less harsh look, and add a bit more personality. It's feeling a bit generic right now compared to the original Wind Waker. The look reminds me of the Wii Dawn of Discovery, actually. (Which I thought was a cool-looking game, but having WW look like it just makes me confused. Haha.) I do like how the characters are looking, though!

The bloom is overdone, but it does encapsulate the whole nice, warm island feel that Windfall and many other islands always had. When I saw it it reminded me of tanning on the beach haha.

While I do agree that they could tone it down a bit, I actually kind of like it to an extent. I get what they're trying to do with it at least. I think it's supposed to look like sun glare and it does that well in my opinion.

I actually find it looks kind of nice everything looks like its made of clay or something. I also find it kind of ironic how when Wind Waker first came out people were complaining how it was too cartony and now with this remake its not cartoony enough :P

But ya I guess it could use some more cel shading.
