I have 'CAUGHT' a Jolteon

So just yesterday, while playing Pokemon Go, I encountered and CAUGHT a Jolteon. I didn't evolve it from an Eevee (I don't have an Eevee nor did I ever encounter one) but a Jolteon just appeared in the wild and I caught it. Is that normal?

I dont think that is normal at all. Thats a dang good catch though. Matter of fact, i think your the first person ive heard catch one of the Eevee Evolutions.
