they don't exactly explicitly say what the consequences are to using non register-able games or not registering games in videos. does any one know? i figure either they take the video down or any money made from adverts and views goes solely to Nintendo and the video stays.

they will take the video down. reason for doing so is Nintendo does not fully own all the rights to the game so they cant allow you to upload the video. Super Smash Bros for instance.

No, not at all. That is 100% not the reason.

It's that they want full control over how their games are seen by the public and feel if anyone is seeing their games they should be compensated.

That only happens if you chose to have your entire channel submitted for that crap. If you choose to just do individual videos then you can keep the other ones up.

Actually there are titles that have 3rd party soundtracks and such in them.

I think they'll take those videos down, sadly.

Nope, it's not all their content

When you stream games you're adding much more than the game. Really the game is an afterthought.

This is Nintendo being out of touch and greedy, nothing more. They're the old senile grandfather who doesn't understand how things work today and they're dying a slow miserable death.
