Bill Rizer-Super Smash Bros.

It's a crime that Bill hasn't been added to the roster after all these years. Given the history between Nintendo and Contra and Bill being such a strong character, one would think Bill would have been added to the main roster at some point during Smash's long run. Personally, I hope to see him in future Smash titles. What do you guys think?

I think they would only consider lesser known characters if it were from their own IP. If it's third party, then it seems that they will only consider the icons (e.g Sonic, Snake, Pac-man, Ryu, etc.). Also, Konami might be difficult to work with nowadays...

Could be a cool guy to add if they had a more current release maybe.

If you think it's weird Bill Rizer from Contra isn't in Smash, you should probably think it's weird they don't have about 150 other more well known characters as well.

@Litchie: That's what I'm thinking too. Nintendo has already got a pretty good selection of characters in Smash. Bill Rizer aka Mad Dog would be a great fit, but obviously you can't have everybody. I guess we'll just have to make a Mii.
