Any action RPG on 3ds?

Other than Tales of the Abyss, KH, Zelda, and monster hunter, what other action RPG can you guys recommends me? Tired of these JRPGs.

@sakaixx: Xenoblade! Castlevania: Lords of Shadow too. Rune Factory 4 is another good one. Gurumin 3D also.

@iandizion713: no xenoblade, its not quite action rpg and the jaggy edges on the XL screen kinda sucks out of the experience. Will try out gurumin.

@sakaixx: Its close enough and one of the best 3DS games available.

While the game I'm going to suggest isn't RPG, just action, like Zelda, is pretty good. Okamiden on DS. The 3DS is able to play DS games, so that's something to consider.

Other than that, I don't have much to offer.

Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam.

None of the games on 3DS look good. In fact they give me a headache from the low refresh rate and hard time focusing on things that having terrible jaggies. If I try and focus on anything it hurts my eyes, and found best way to play is keep it like 2 feet away cause if I hold it up to my chest or normally, the jaggies just irritating.

I'm playing Awakening, and the fighting areas are nice, but they pretty basic board you fight on, looks like SNES graphics. But man when they do the cut scenes, oh my god the characters look terrible. The CGI stuff isn't that bad, they use that same "smooth texture" stuff, so they look artsy good, but have like no depth. You know how like everything looks to be made out of the same material.

The best thing you're gonna find is Monster Hunter Generations. I know people who only bought 3DS just to play it. And then not to feel like they wasted a ton of money got stuff like Stella Glow, Bravely Default or Ace Attorney.

Seems there arent a lot of action rpg on 3ds. A lot is on vita tho, seems like 3ds is not meant for heavy action.

@sakaixx: Play Xenoblade mate, its better than everything on Vita. Even better than Vita itself. Also check eShop, they have a bunch too.

@iandizion713: nope. Have it, its cool but the jaggy edges really turn me off. Been 10hours into the game trying to tolerate the abysmal resolution but really cant. I am not really a graphics whore but sometimes there are games that arent just meant for handhelds. Probably will get the wii version on wii u eshop someday if the switch does not have wii virtual console.

Also persona 4G on vita>>>>> xenoblade on 3ds, heck all jrpg on 3ds.

The 3DS has many strong qualities, but action rpgs is not one of them.

@sakaixx: Yeah, not even close imo. And Xenoblade is awesome on 3DS too even with the jaggies.

@iandizion713: anyhow we got sidetracked. No matter how good you claim xeno on 3ds is, its not completely action rpg as it still timed and you still have no direct input on the attacks. What I'm looking for is games like ys: memories or celceta, gravity rush, soul sacrifice or odin sphere leifthrasir. An action rpg.

Wonder if there is any good ones on 3ds other than the ones I listed on my original post. Guess not.
