Just a quick question. Why does the sensitivity in both games feel so high?

From mario kart 7 on the 3ds to the wii u mario kart 8 the drifting feels like its gotten much higher making it harder to control the game. What could I do to fix this?

I've tried with both a pro controller and the gamepad. Thanks!

That's unfortunate, I've always played games with low sensitivity. Guess I just have to get use to it, thanks for the reply!

You could try different kart/bike combinations and weight classes? Personally, when I transitioned from MK7 to MK8, MK8 felt "heavier".

I just feel steering is way to sensitive, I can already say it'll take time for me to adapt.

As for the drifting in MK8....pick parts with better stats to adjust your drifting, it's also learning WHEN and WHERE to drift. It's not really built to let you do it whenever you want, it's do it at THIS TIME and for THIS LONG and you will be fine.

You can pick vehicles with lower handling and drifting. they will be less responsive. And faster.
