The Official 'Everybody Votes Channel' Discussion Thread

To stop thousands of threads about the 'Everybody Votes Channel' i have made an official discussion thread.
Enjoy!!! To get this channel you will not need to update, you must go to the shopping channel, ect. ect...

So what do you think of the new channel?

Well am I missing something.

This morning the Wii was flashing, went onto mail which said about the vote channel and to do an update.

Did the update, all went fine but I see no new channel.

Tried doing an update again but it says I have the latest software and there is no need to update.

Is this new channel hidden somewhere I have not looked or should it just be a channel on the start page.

Go to the wii shop channel then select wii ware.

It is free, and it is another chace to do something with your Mii's. Seems like harmless fun. At the moment the tough topics up for vote are, "Eggs - boiled or fried?" and "Cats or Dogs?", so at the moment at least, it is not a hotbed of strong political opinion.

The prediction feature, and opinion tracking over time features seem like fun though.  I think it could develop into something cool over time. :)

I just downloaded the Vote Channel and personally I think it is a bad idea.  Like Nintendo is going to take any of our suggestions seriously.  So what I did was make the suggestion question "Which Virtual Console game genre do you want to see more of?"  (RPG or Puzzle) just so RPG's will probably win.
