Pokemon Grand Duke/Duchess Rank

I'm having trouble getting this rank at the chateau. I researched this little problem and the only thing I was able to got from it was that I had to battle every individual trainer at least once. Well, I did. I spend most of the day yesterday battling every single person that showed up (after sending out a silver writ) many time over and nothing.

They only thing I have been able to show for it is 3.2 million pokedollars (?) and raised the level of my team by 20 levels.

Can anyone help?

You sure you've defeated every NPC (jot down their names and make a check list), Gym Leader, Elite 4 member and Champion in the chateau? Some do not appear on the same day.

This is also after gaining the Duke/Duchess title which requires approx 110 ~ 130 wins.

@ANIMEguy10034: I don't need to fight gym leaders, elite 4, and the champion (at least according to the wikis). I'm already at the duke/duchess rank. I spend about 6 hours total battling people so I'm pretty sure I won far more that 130 battles. From what I gathered from other forums, it seems to be random. I read about some guy who reached the grand duke rank after he fought 2 people and another who is in the same situation as I am.
