Which game do you think takes the most advantage use out of the Wii U's game pad features?

I think some of the early stuff like zombiU and nintendoland made good use of the gamepad. It hasn't been used much since that launch period. But I play alot of mk8 and donkey Kong on my gamepad for off screen play. I think that's its best use.

nintendoland

game & wario

zelda windwaker (taking photos/items menu/switching items/shooting arrows)

batman arkum city and splinter cell conviction were much better using the game pad as an inventory screen.

pikmin 3 (planning activities pointing to spots on the map for your pikmin to go)

i heard zombiiu does cool things

rayman legends (lots of touch screen goodness)

monster hunter 3 (this is optional but if you chosse to put all the hud things on the pad then you can have the whole tv screen uncluttered and when you want to use an item you have to look down on your gamepad...makes it more like real life)

kirby rainbow curse should be a good one...will use it almost exclusively.

Nintendoland.

In my opinion, the features of the gamepad are pretty unnecessary. Nintendoland is fun, but doesn't justify a really expensive controller. Other than that, there's no game I've felt needed the gamepad features. It is nice to be able to play without a TV, but other than that, it's not really useful for anything. I greatly prefer the pro controller when the use of the gamepad isn't mandatory.

It does open up the possibility of touch-based games, though, if you'd be interested in that.

It was great with Pikmin 3.

And games like Captain Toad and Kirby are perfectly suited for the Gamepad.
