Nintendo eShop ATTENITION, i need help fast

Hello, i need help. I want to buy Wii U soon, but i am from Europe, in country where Nintendo eShop is not available. Can i trick Nintendo eShop and say i am from UK from example so i can download games from the Internet?

I'm pretty sure it's possible. I live in Mexico and I know that some people here register their Nintendo Network accounts and Wii U as being from the USA, although I'm not sure how.

Alright, but then after i add my credit card information there is something asking me for my credit card zip code billing address, what should i do now?
