You can't beat dinosaurs in a Sonic game :) Some of the new levels in these videos I don't like the look of, but I'll be buying the game and it will be an AAA title.
It seems that it will be a return to Sonics roots, which some of you may consider a good thing or a bad thing. It looks like they will for go the whole pointless story, multiple characters, platforming, and exploration which all have attributed to the franchises downfall. They are instead focusing on making the game all about unbridled speed, what more is there to be expected or desired from a sonic game. This point alone should make up peoples minds as to what they think of the game.

The problem is that the game still seems to adopt a third-person view of a 3D platform game which can cause overall issues with the character site. If it were on a 2D plane like Viewtiful Joe and Sonic DS, then it's chances of scoring higher would've been much better.
I think it looks good but from looking at the videos ( I'll wait till I play it to see) it looks at little slow, I want a sonic game on rails but I want like blinding speeds and to feel like I'm barely in control because he's moving so fast.
