That is arguable. On the Nintendo website it says March 5th, but if you go back or refresh it says Q2. WTF?!!??! Also I called Gamestop and they said they were getting it March 6th, a day after it was released cause thats how long it takes to ship to them. Â
It does make a bit of sense. We're 3 weeks out from the previous release date and nothing has been shown. Even Nintendo has things out this close to a game launch and there's a bit more buzz. I'm not surprised by the delay, but hope as always, that it's going to make the game better because of it.
I don't think Mario Party is game that needs do have the "best" graphics. It's pretty good they way it looks but maybe a little better graphics wouldn't help

Its not really delayed until June 1. Thats a place holder. It will come out in Q2 which is april 1 - june 1. June 1st is just the last date it could come out, so they are playing it safe. Besides June 1st is on a friday and games never come out on fridays. I hope we get it sometime soon though because I love Mario Party.
