5 to 10 minutes in a store :P. I know its not what you are looking for, but I didn't feel any strange feelings, but I have heard some people have after such small play times. I am curious to see if it will affect me with longer playtimes.

I've never touched a 3DS, I've only seen someone play Face Raiders for about 10 seconds. :(

Before yesterday, 20 minutes. Yesterday: 2 hours 30 minutes. My eyes were pretty sore after. Today I played about an hour and a half straight and no soreness today!

About an hour and a half when playing Dead or Alive. My eyes didn't hurt a bit afterward.

Yesterday I played OoT with 3D at full blast for sessions of about 3 hours, 2 hours, and 2 hours seperated by 30 minutes to an hour each time, today I had two 3 hour play sessions seperated by about an hour and half.

Needless to say, 3D doesn't bother me at all. I started to get a bit of a headache just now, but I think it's got more to do with dehydration than the game! :D Hahaha (I usually spend aMUCH smaller percentage of my day playing video games if I play at all, but OoT is my favorite game ever, so I've been devouring the remake! :P)

I usually play in hourly stints, taking a break after that. That's how I approach handheld gaming generally though.

I've never used the 3d for more then 30 or 40 minutes at a time. My eyes start to ache. As for longest play time, I would have to say about 4 1/2 hours straight.

Well, after I got Zelda, which is one of my absolute favorite games of all times, I'm sure my longest playtime on the 3DS is close to 3 hours or so :P The 3D doesn't hurt my eyes though.

probably 2-3 hours of zelda or DoA. I was really tired after, but i guess playing any handheld for that damn long will do that to you. Dont think the 3D was the sole reason.

About 7-10 hours of Lego Pirates. Though the 3d effect in that game isn't that good (especially compared to Zelda OOT).

With Zelda i played for like 3 hours when i stopped. That was not because eye pain or something like that, just had to stop playing....

So i can't really say anything about eye pain, headache and stuff like that. Haven't had any of that, but as stated above, that could have other reasons.

I have played around 6-8 hour sessions of Samurai Warriors Chronicles with 3D on. And I've done 3-4 hour sessions with Ocarina of Tim 3D. It doesn't seem to bother me. But if you get tired or eyes get sore, just take little breaks... Navi will remind you :)

I keep sliding it on and off when I'm playing OoT. I kinda prefer it without 3D tbh, it can get pretty trippy for me lol, idk if its cuz I was trying it at 2 am when I was tired or if I have to just get used to it. Its a good thing the game still looks good without 3D on.

I really could play all day with 3D I have no issues, but the "sweet spot" thing really annoys me, just by moving it a little and it looks all blurry and with ghosting. I prefer to just put the 3D on when I want to look certain things with it.

4- 4 1/2 hours: it was launchday and I picked up Samurai Warriors- couldn't put it down. I was fine afterward.

about 30 min. Its not the 3d the bothers me. The small size of the 3ds hurts my hands to play any more than that at a time. The thing is like made for little kid hands or something lol.
