How to redownload games on 3ds?

I have a question. I used to have a 3DS but recently upgrades to a 3DSxl. I sold my 3DS to help finance the new 3DS XL along with the memory card (which was a poor choice in retrospect). I went back to the e-shop logged into my account and tried to find a list of my old downloads somewhere so I can redownload games, but I can't find any way to do that. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

You needed to have transferred the data from your old 3DS to your new one. The licenses from your games are still on the old 3DS, so you need to buy them again if you want them.

You can try contacting Nintendo customer support, but they really have no obligation to let you download those games again. I think you're out of luck.

@JordanElek: As much as I <3 Nin10doh, I agree their online services just suck.

@topher78714: who did you sell your original 3DS to? If you sold it to a game store like eb games, maybe they still have it and would let you do the transfer to your new XL.

Should have researched this before doing the transaction man. Sorry

That's rough to hear. I sold it on e-bay since trade in value at gamestop is terrible.

I should have looked into this before selling the old system.
