Wtf? Who are these idiots? Nintendo is millions if not a cuple billions dollar company. They really want to sue Nintendo? point_vector wrote in his comment which I thought was pretty smart:

"look up anascape on google. They're not even a real company. What co. doesn't even have a website. I believe if a company doesn't produce a tangible product, they shouldn't be allowed to hold patents!!"

Did you guys even read the article? It basically suggests that it will never happen.
