How many AAA games will the Nintendo 3DS get within the next 3 years?

It's really difficult to tell. Bravely Default and Smash Bros are possible AAA titles. I'm not sure about Ace Attorney vs Phoenix Wright, but it has potential and I'm definitely hyped for it. We barely know anything about Kirby Triple Deluxe, but the last kirby game got many mixed reviews which makes it hard to tell how great Triple Deluxe will be.

We got Fire Emblem (worldwide) and Zelda this year. Fire Emblem being arguably the best 3DS game to date and Zelda shaping up to be in that same league. If game quality and quantity continues at a constant rate for the next 3 years, I'd say 3 AAA games, possibly 4 or more if we're lucky.

but gamespot is very strict

on metacritic it could have up to 5 or more 9.0 games

By Gamespot's standards, 4. By IGN's standards, 10. By Metacritic's standards, 7.

Kirby and Smash Bros for 2014. Probably Majora's Mask 3D Fall of 2014. Metroid at some point, probably another Mario game lol. So we will be good to go.
