Help: Ocarina of time master quest (3DS)

I can't get the fire arrows, I know how to get them as I've double checked guides that I'm getting them from the right place and I am but the sun just gives me a magic bottle to top up my magic meter and not the fire arrows.

Getting annoyed with it now as it's holding me up from entering the shadow temple.

It's as if the game thinks I already have them when I don't.

I've tried everything, any ideas from anyone?

Damn that's rough and since I haven't gotten to the shadow temple on master quest(just beat water temple) i can't really help you :/

But I commented because I want you to keep checking guides and what not because I have been stuck, so pissed and it always ends up being something so simple.
