I noticed that it is inevitably will have a scratch like dead pixel no matter how safe you put it because I have exchange it to best buy and then a couple of days theres it is again. I just don't know why it keeps happening. I put it in a Hardcase.

on and I have had mine since the tues after release in the US so like two weeks I believe. Maybe you just have bad luck ...

Send it in to Nintendo! They will most likely fix it or send you a replacement! :)
