Think this could mean something between Nintendo and Capcom? Probably not. But we could hope, can't we?

I'm really considering buying a refurbished 3ds xl from nintendo but I'm pretty sure it wont arrive before the sale ends, so... Can you buy the games without owning a 3DS?

hmmm good question. i think no. you have to be able to browse the eshop on your PC. i dont think you can do that.
