Are there too many recycled stages in SSB4?

I've noticed in both the 3DS and WiiU versions (I own both) that there are many recycled stages from Brawl and Melee. Is it just me?

It seems kind of lazy. I am impressed with the characters and gameplay. But the stages do leave something to be desired.

I think it's a good mix. There is room for expansion. I wouldn't mind seeing some more stages released as DLC.
