Seeing how he won't be starting when Bettis and Staley gets back, not this year.
_Kramer_
He's been officially named the starting running back by Bill Cowher.
Willie Parker > Jerome Bettis > Duce Staley

Yep.
I love how everyones going wild over someone who couldn't even win the starting RB job at UNCmadmax32222
That's exactly why everybody's goin wild, dude...it's a great story. Actually, it's a pretty common one for big time players. Just look at Brady. 199th Overall and he wasn't anything special at Michigan. And for Willie, he didn't even START in COLLEGE. At a BASKETBALL SCHOOL of all places. Who woulda thunk it? Granted he has really proved himself against any great defenses, but RB is the kind of position where if you display good vision and you have size and speed, you'll succeed against almost any team at any given moment.
Little Willie Parker is the third string RB for the steelers and if he has a breakout season like the one he's having so far you know the steelers are the best ground team in football.

Dude....get your facts straight with football....He's first string. Formerly third string as of last year.

Nope. Last year. You might remember him playing in Buffalo in the last game of the season last year when the Steelers wanted to rest their starters for the playoffs since they ended up with a 15-1 record.
Who is Willie Parker?
I don't know, I was too busy watching the Steeler's running backs get stuffed all day long.

Oh and the Pats just dominated didn't they? NO. Again, they got lucky. 23-20. The Pats secondary looked especially crappy and Corey Dillion again looked old. Congratulations on a lucky win.

The Patriots D line absolutely raped the Steelers running game. Yes they dominated.

The secondary that lost one of it's most harden veterans?
The secondary that has rookies play toe-to-toe with one of the most explosive offenses in the league?
Yeah good call
And how the **** did Dillon look old? He got the job done.
He helped sell the play action and absolutely stuffed the outside blitzes.
Congratulations on a lucky win.
No, I think the Steelers deserve all the credit for this one.
