If you own a Surface RT, Surface 2, Lumia 2520, or any device with Windows RT, then you won't be able to upgrade up to Windows 10.
Microsoft, however, is providing a solution for RT users with providing the next firmware updates to include some Windows 10 features such as Cortana and the Xbox App and still will be able to run Universal Apps (maybe limited depending on developers choice).
I don't know what to feel about this decision, although RT was definitely a huge bust and shouldn't have existed from the beginning, but its a huge blow for those that bought a Surface 2. Then again they didn't announce a Surface 3 and instead only released the Pro 3 only.
Its a shame because I enjoyed my Surface 2 and it at the EOL (End Of Life). Oh well, I did plan on upgrading to the next-gen Surface Pro with Windows 10 and the Core M.
