Samsung Galaxy S3 Issue

Hi folks, I got this phone last friday since I was due an upgrade on my contract. I am with T Mobile. 

Today, I started getting a circle with a diaganal line through it, where the signal bar should be. I did a google search and I found that it means no service. However, restarting the phone seems to temporaraly solve the problem, but it happens again a few hours later. 

Do you think this is a problem with the phone or the simcard?

Probably phone.. but go to t-mobile and ask for a replacement sim just incase.
