My Wi-Fi just broke down and i was wondering if there is a way to connect my internet connection from my pc to the mobile phone through USB. I got a Samsung Galaxy S Plus with Android 2.3.3. I'm asking this because one of my friens has got a HTC Wildfire and there is a stock modality to make this work.

also you can use a simple application like "barnacle wifitether" to tether your mobile connection with your pc. its easy and it will work without any problem

Why do you need a app my phone comes with that, it's all in the drop down menu when connected, you set up a wifi hotspot (also built in) if you want to do it through wifi.
