how good is the nexus i9250? can its camera photograph readable text well?

my primary objectiveof a camera is to photograph notices and stuff. so i'd like to know if it can click tyext and zoom into it clearly?

further, any recommendations for a better phone for same price range(necessarily android)?

The camera is great(best camera phone I've had). I'll try and post some pictures I took it, and not in bullsh*t PR perfect lighting scenarios.
