My host sister got a Samsung GT-S3350 and everytime she plugs it into a computer it erases all of her music, pictures and, videos. The strange thing is though that she is able to drag and drop all of her media from the computer to the phone and the memory card lists the data as being on there regardless but once she unplugs it from the computer her phone just deletes it all. Could this be a phone or memory card problem or are we doing something wrong?

samsung GT-S3350 OS: Windows: 7 x32 / Vista / XP maybe you should download a Samsung GT-S3350 driver .
