Has anyone else been getting a bm-pp-19 error while trying to download tv shows? I keep getting it on my phone and if I try using chrome on my pc I am just told there was an error. I googled the problem and cleared the cache in google play, services, downloads, and download manager and even restarted the phone but still had the problem. I can download music or apps fine though. Does anyone know a fix to this?
