Big Difference between this two Nokia Lumias?

Hi everyone

At the moment i use a Sony Xperia Z but after 2 Years i want something new and i want Windows Phone now.

I can`t decide between the Nokia Lumia 630 and 730, the differences:

630: 4.5" Display 512MB RAM

730: 4.7" Display 1GB RAM

I don`t play a lot on Smartphones but i don`t know if Windows Phone really need 1 GB RAM, Friends and Family use Android or iOS. :)

What you recommend?

Why would somebody desire for Windows based phone? Game market is divided between iOS and Android. If you're going to play often on your smartphone, it's better not to take Win-based platform.

True, but i visited Windows Phone Store and there are a few Games i like, i don`t play often on Smartphones, but i like to have a few good games. :)

The Games i want:

• Nemo`s Reef
• Tom and Jerry (Different Games with that name)
• Snake
• Hugo Troll Wars
• And possible more in the future.

Need i really 1GB RAM for this Game? In the Requirements i don`t see anything about RAM.
