Anyone know how to recover older versions of facebook once u have updated?

hi, not really games related but as title says i need to know if i can downgrade the version of facebook becuase it is really slow on the phone.

please tell me there is a way of doing this

uninstall and search google for it. If you happen to know the build/version number, thats perfect. If not, just search for "old android facebook apk" or something.
