achievements not working

i noticed my achievement list for certain games doesnt represent what ive actually achieved

for example- Mini Motors HD i dont have the first achievement " finish first in any race"

yet im about 65% into career mode, having come first in every race so far

any way around this? 

it said "any",and it doesn't mean that you have to win them all,one is enough,even with 3% of career progress it will count,just don't forget the GameCenter account must be active at all times
