Targ drop rate

Hey guys just wondering what sort of drop rate for second level Targ??? Any info would be most appreciated

That's a very good question, the drop rate for the Level III quest (unless JD has changed it since March) is about 40%, is you can expected it to be less than 40%

Just got it then, probably took at least 15 runs
