What does buying military vehicles do?

I bought the crusader from the online shop

Cant mod it

Cant drive it into the military base

Cant park it into my garage

Can only drive it !

So it has to be left out in the street? :S

I haven't bought any. I could imagine they would be nice for causing havoc though.

Ok i figured it out, after you buy it you get it forever, dont need to pay insurance or anything for it, just pay pegasus 1000 everytime to spawn it, happens to all military vehicles

Yes you can save it. In your hangar.
