What are you disappointed with non-story wise?

In terms of general gameplay, I'm very disappointed with the variety of clothing (long sleeve shirt, hoodies, or t-shirts WOO) and the music selection. With the music, they tried to cover more genres than stick to the basics (rock, rap, pop, reggae) and have alot of GOOD songs. What about you?

Additionally, the flying/boats take a back seat like usual.

The lack of buildings to enter and how easy it is to get wanted, compared to the other games.

Yes, the music or lack of heavy metal, 80's and so on was very apparent to me on first playing and most times I don't even have it on now. Post credits play I am quite disappointed that their central theme, money, doesn't play a more prominent role in post game play. And of course, not being able to buy safehouses in single player is criminal (pun intended). And online fails to capture my interest in any way.

The lack of interiors, people calling the cops on you when you stand near them, one safehouse per character. What also really bugged me is that Premium Deluxe Motorsport is abandoned and inaccessible after Simeon fires you. I was hoping to be able to jack cars once I was able to find it.

Yeah its very easy to get wanted stars, Its also harder to get away from the cops.

The radio music is definitely lacking, the stock market is also pretty superficial.

That there's a casino you can't gamble at next to a racetrack you can neither wager nor race at.

I wanted to be able to surf, after all this resembles California. I would have liked to have a wingsuit too, how awesome would it be to base jump in the canyon?

But I wanted more side missions. It seemed there was only one or two side missions for each character. I remember past series, you would do a mission and get introduced to a new employer and you had about five to seven different employers.

The music could have been better and those cops must really like their job. They are relentless.

I wish Franklin could have been given an option to go over to someone's house and play cards. That would have been a lot of fun.

Clothing and character creation...

Really, why can't you simply wear like the same clothes random npcs have on? I use a female avatar on GTA online and the clothing choices are very limited and the actual programming is already there with npc clothing, what gives?

I found a Carbonizzare (of what ever it's called) online, but I quickly found out you can't find and take certain cars to your garage, such as the super and sport cars. You have to buy them on the cellphone in game. Which I think defeats the purpose of "Theft Auto". It wasn't even a players car, it was just a car driving around by an AI....

I guess it's a delicate balance. If they're going to have you earn money in the game, it's of no use if there's nothing to spend it on. The most expensive stuff is fancy cars, so I guess they felt they had to make you buy them.
