NBA 2012-2013 Season Thread

I thought it was time for a new thread, since the new NBA season will kick off in under 24 hours. I'm kinda excited to see what happens this season due to the changed landscape. Lakers new team, Bulls probably won't be competing, and a plethora of new fringe contenders.

So, everybody, are you excited as well?

Well the way I see it, it sucks that it's very likely that it will be a Miami/LA Laker/Thunder Finals.... but WHO KNOWS. That's why you play the game right? Surprises, hopefully there is another title run for the Spurs before Timmy decides to hang them up.

I honestly forgot the Celtics picked up Courtney Lee, and expected Terry to guard him. But still, I could see him doing 11-14 points.

I know, I just assumed Terry would guard him due to being the starter, because I forgot they signed Lee.

very pumped. Spurs have a very real shot at being #1 in the west once again and hopefully this time they go all the way :D

The Heat haven't really been dominant in the regular season but now that they've got two full seasons and two final's appearances with the big 3 plus ray allen they should win a ton of games. Will be fun to watch

Seeing how everything else plays out will also be very interesting.

Looks like the Knicks/Nets game will be delayed.

Pretty excited. The moment JJ got traded i thought the hawks would probably be struggling to make the playoffs(even though it'd be for the good of the franchise). But after acquisitions of people like lou williams, along with what i saw in preseason, and seeing analysts hype us up, I think we could surprise some people this year.

He did tweak his ankle the last preseason game. He probably aggaravated it and just needed to readjust something.
