1st offense: 81 Games with no pay.

2nd offense: 162 Games with no pay.

3rd offense: Lifetime ban, contract void.

That is my suggestion, ask Congress to pressure the MLBPA. Institute it on the Minors right away(MLB can do it unilaterally I believe).

God I hope it's true. Void that ridiculous contract. I know it'll come down to the language, but there should be some form of protection for just such instances. I have never liked the idea of A-Roid with my beloved Yanks, sure he helped us win one, but with that contract, it should be more like 6 or 7. Thanks, but you gots to go.
