Zavvi, Dead Space 3 pre-order; Where's the code?

Received my pre-ordered copy of Dead Space 3 for the xbox today, and apart from the box being half smashed, I can't find the code for the Pre-order Edition's Included EG-900 SMG Weapon add-on?! Zavvi haven't replied to my query on this matter, that was made at 12pm today. so I was wondering what other people's experience was?

Exactly the same happened to me - logged a query with zavvi 3 days ago and that still hasn't even been acknowledged! This is not the first time they've been late with pre order bonus codes but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt - I've learned my lesson now. No more zavvi for me.Darkfung

zavvi are unreliable
