I buy pretty much at Gamestop since it's always convenient. Rarely buy new, although I have preordered several games there in the past few years. I think that with most games they have good Used prices, especially if it's an older game, so overall I like shopping there. Plus getting to know employees is cool- you and them obviously have a common interest. The shitty corporate practices of the company as a whole isn't there fault either, so I like the non business aspect of it.

Although I buy from Amazon on occasion, too.

Australian retailers:

JB HiFi (Great range. Fair prices. Excellent online store service.)

Big W (Occasionally very good discounts on new releases)

EBGames sucks massively. Their prices are almost always $10-20 more expensive than every other retailer in Australia. Because a lot of people will shop there and trade in their games for them anyway. So EB gets away with whatever they want. Like asking AU$109 for GTA V. Everywhere else launched it at $89. Big W had it for $68 about 2 weeks after launch.

Seriously, EBGames are still asking AU$109.69 for GTA V: https://ebgames.com.au/xbox360-154037-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-Xbox-360

That said, EB Games occasionally have sales with decent prices on some games. They also have a monopoly on most Collector's Editions and pre-order bonus items. So I have to give them money sometimes. ;(

When I import, it's usually with CDJapan or Play-Asia, for Japanese games! For anything else, Ozgameshop, though rarely.

Also PlayStation Store, Steam, eBay, etc.

I mostly shop online for my gaming needs, and try to look for good deals. So that would include Amazon (UK), Play.com, GOG.com, GAME, GameSeek, Shopto.net and a few other stores. I've also bought a few games from the Playstation Store when they were on deep discount.

Usually gamestop. Never bought any games online. Im thinking of starting to shop at amazon.

I also buy off craigslist local classifieds. I usually find people selling new games for like 45 - 50 instead of 60 and used games for dirt cheap. But there always isn't what im looking for at the time so I will end up at gamestop.
