When do you begin to count the days to a release?

For me I start to feel the wait around 1 month within release, I don't really start countin the days til within a week of release tho.

The release dates usually just roll around and I'm like "oh hey, the gamespot review is up, I didn't know it was already coming out". I'm not one for day one purchases anyways

If it's a game i pre order i usually end up "oh hey there is the email with the code or oh the ups guy is here"

a month is about right. Although I've been hype for FFXV for a long time now.

As others have said I am usually notified at time of release by various means. I try not to think about it. If you do it's like watching your water boil

For me its either months or weeks
