I think some of the best DLC I've played have been:

  1. Assassins Creed: Freedom Cry
  2. Batman Arkham Origins: Cold, Cold Heart
  3. Last of Us: Left Behind
  4. Batman Akrham City: Harley's Revenge
  5. Infamous: First Light
  6. Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning: Dead Kel

What's your favorite/best DLC you've played?

Batman Akrham City: Harley's Revenge is also pretty good. I loved how Rocksteady depicted Robin (3rd robin I believe) and I also loved the way he played.

never supported DLC

But I have bought SC4, MW2, Killzone, and DCUO

I guess its MW2 looking at gameplay hours, but imo the best was definitely KZ2 DLC

GTAIV: Ballad of Gay Tony

Arguably better than the main game.

Lair of the Shadow Broker for Mass Effect 2 was pretty awesome, as was The Missing Link for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. But my favorite has to be Left Behind for The Last of Us.

Fallout 3: Broken Steel I guess. Artorias of the Abyss was pretty good as well.
I prefer expansion packs though

Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 is probably my favorite DLC, but some other greats are:

  • Citadel for ME3
  • Minerva's Den from BS2
  • Zombie Island for BL, and Tiny Tina for BL2
  • Dragon Born for Skyrim
  • Not sure if it is really DLC or not, but Blood Dragon was very good.
  • Shivering Isles

Dishonoreds story DLC missions, Bioshock Infinite's 2nd and 3rd DLCs, and a few of the Mass Effect ones like Lair of the Shadow Broker. I don't count "zero day" DLC in this list.

Gonna exclude boxed 'Expansion Packs'

Old World Blues for Fallout New Vegas

Dragonfall for Shadowrun: Returns

Vietnam for Battlefield Bad Company 2

Dragonborn for Skyrim (But i think the implementaion is bad - they give you all this cool stuff but most players did everything there was to do in the game already to make use of it)

Minerva's Den for Bioshock 2

You Monster for Defense Grid

Ballad of Gay Tony for GTAIV

@jasonredemption: For me it has to be Ballad of Gay tony.. mainly because it was free on windows live and it was actually better than GTA 4.

At the top would have to be The Ballad of Gay Tony for GTA IV if that counts as DLC since it's more of a separate expansion thing. And then some other noteworthy DLCs I've played:

  • Old World Blues- Fallout: New Vegas
  • Point Lookout- Fallout 3
  • Minerva's Den- BioShock 2
  • Undead Nightmare- Red Dead Redemption
  • Burial at Sea: Episode 1 & 2 (mostly 2)- BioShock Infinite
  • Left Behind- The Last of Us
  • Broken Steel- Fallout 3
  • Dragonborn- Skyrim
  • Festival of Blood- Infamous (standalone DLC)

I might be missing a few more, but I do pick out what DLC I play pretty carefully and as such have enjoyed most of the ones I've played.

Can't believe I didn't mention Burial at Sea! Such a good DLC right there

The DLC for the two Borderlands games are all pretty great (although each game has a weak one).

I've really enjoyed the DLCs from the Mass Effect games, in particular ME2 & 3.

Also enjoyed Freedom Cry for AC4 more recently.

You think if people stopped forking over their money, and stop supporting DLC they will start making games whole again?

I do not support DLCs, and i'm glad I see comments on here that others do not either. **** DLCs, I can wait, I like my money.
