What RPG is the best on Xbox 360?

What rpg game should i buy i have an xbox 360???

Get Dark Souls.

for me, i'd choose any of the tes series or fallout3/nv first.

Idk if the sale is still there but I got Mass Effect 1 on the marketplace for $4 yesterday, definitely a good deal, also fallout 3 was like $5 which is an amazing deal, idk if the sale is still there, might wanna check. Those are 2 of the best RPGs for 360 for cheap!

First we would have to know what you mean by RPG, what tastes you have in it.

My picks would be along these lines:

-Envioment heavy (exploration and such, character interaction choice and consequence not really up there, great for that exploration and awe when finding lost caverns and tidbits-

Fallout 3

TES: Oblivion (yes I still think it is worth playing, as many of the quests were better the way I see it)

TES: Skyrim

-Dungeon Crawlers (baicly little rpg elements outside of stats, for when you do not really want to think too hard, and rely more on reflexes and timing)-

Dark Souls

Torchlight

Diablo 3

-RPGs, you alter the story in ways, you are less of a player in the World, more a character, choice and consequences are high marks, almost like being in a book-

What kind of RPGs do you like? I've gotten the most value out of Dark Souls, but the difficulty is a huge turn off for a lot of people and understandably so.

Skyrim and Diablo 3. I would also look at Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning, it's a very good game and definitely overlooked.

I would like Kingdoms of Amalur a lot more if it wasn't so damned easy.

It depends on what type of RPGs you like. If you are interested in JRPGs there is a little discussed gem on the 360 that came out early in the 360's cycle called Blue Dragon. It's a pretty good game. It's been years since I played it but I have fond memories of it.
