What are the most Overrated games you've ever played

@Demonjoe93: Well considering how Goldeneye itself is so overrated no wonder why its remake was so hyped.

I agree with you about Street Fighter IV. I don't play fighting games very often, but I just couldn't play it. It didn't grow on me.

@agux987: Its because of capcom's reluctance to innovate like tekken and mortal kombat...at least mortal kombat finally got it right after countless forgettable MK ps2 games. Street fighter just keeps getting worse with every sequel/re-release.

I love razorfist's description of SF's artwork "maybe its because its graphics are like wind waker and pokemon had fuc*ked but then given birth such a simpering obnoxious pussy that they force fed him anabolic steroids until he was 27"

not gonna lie, a lot of the COD games got overhyped and they weren't even good..

Gran Turismo 5 -- The reviews didn't play the game 1/4 way through before they gave it a 9.5 avg on Metacritic.

The original Borderlands (Borderlands 2 is great).

@SaintsRowLA: I don't think GT series is overrated. its just the kind of game for people who get a hard on when they see the exhaustive list of detailed branded cars in HD.

Titan Fall comes to mind immediately. All hype, no substance. A very, very shallow experience. The Assassin;s Creed franchise also comes to mind. Every year they Claim it's a top 3 seller, every year it comes out...yet I don;t know anyone who actually plays it. I know a ton of people who buy it...but buying games and playing them are totally different.

@High-Res: I always play the latest Assassin's Creed game. I love the mythology of the series, even if some of the entries are weak in terms of mechanics and story (Revelations and 3 come to mind)
