Titanfall 2: What Gamers Don't Want

Just read this article about what gamers might not want in a Titanfall sequel. What do you think? Especially in regards to a "campaign" mode. Some interesting points for sure. It's always fun to speculate.

hmmm that's interesting because a lot of people have said they would want a campaign that gave more insight into the story.

Yeah, the article addresses that though. To paraphrase: Either have an expertly-crafted single player that beats the lukewarm attempts of COD or BF, or eliminate it altogether to focus on the multiplayer instead of half-assing a campaign just for the sake of it.

If it does not have a single player campaign I am not buying, its a rip off to charge 60 bucks for a multiplayer only game.

It's also a rip-off to charge $60 for a single player only game.

Its funny cuz in order to get those 9s you need a flashy single player mode. The interesting part is that I can say with full confidence most don't even replay the "campaign" more than once much less complete it. Oh and $60 is not a lot, that is the equivalent of:

• $6 box of lucky charms
• $5 worth of ground beef
• $5 worth of hot dogs
• $5 front and back transportation on the bus
• $30 on one Sat. night
• $3 oreos (sale)
• $6 forgot buns n ketchup

Sum $60 and not hard to sacrifice any of those luxuries above as none of them are necessities. It's amazing how people don't realize that they spend so much money on junk here and there, but the minute you mention a video game and the wholesome $60 price tag, all of a sudden they forget that they spend well over $60 on crap on a weekly basis.

Do people want a sequel? The last I heard of Titanfall was Respawn were removing features on the PC version because it was like a desert wasteland.

i was surprised when i heard that the game was gonna be released on PS4. i'm actually considering buying the first one for my X360.
